Rajinikanth rejects Tollywood directors. This is triggering speculation as to whether Rajinikanth is indecisive. Rajinikanth's previous films turned out to be duds at the box office and he is pinning his hopes on his upcoming entertainer Jailer. The film is directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar. Apart from it, he is playing a cameo in his daughter Aishwarya's Lal Salaam.

A couple of weeks back rumors spread that Rajinikanth would be teaming with Telugu directors like Mallidi Vasishta and Bobby. Mallidi Vasishta scored a hit with Kalyan Ram's Bimbisara while Bobby scored a hit showing Chiranjeevi in a vintage mass avatar in Waltair Veerayya.

Now reports are coming that Rajinikanth rejected both of these directors. These developments gave a huge shock to star producer Dil Raju who is keen to produce a project with Rajinikanth.

Many feel that Rajini is insecure and only after seeing the result of Jailer, he will make his next move. Rajini it seems is playing a wait and watch policy while lining up his new projects. Reports also came that Rajini would be starring in the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj.
