Farmer against Bandla Ganesh. Bandla Ganesh is a top producer and even got associated with the ruling YSRCP sometime back. Now Bandla Ganesh landed in trouble when a farmer by the name Paramesh went against him.

Paramesh from Shadnagar, Rangareddy district approached  State Human Rights Commission (HRC), and sought justice accusing Bandla Ganesh of encroaching on his land.

He said he sold 11 acres of his land in Survey No.s 208 and 209 to Bandla Ganesh's family in 1985 and he was staying with his family in 2 acres and the ownership was confirmed in the survey in 2015.

He alleged that Bandla Ganesh and his family not only misappropriated the land and forged the documents to get bank loans. He said "The producer and his henchmen threatened me and my family members with dire consequences if we reported the matter to the police," Parmesh added. "Even the local police are supporting the producer."
