Mahesh Babu to take on John Abraham

Mahesh Babu gets a Bollywood villain. Mahesh Babu according to sources is set to lock horns with Bollywood actor John Abraham. It is known that Mahesh Babu is starring in a film under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. The project referred to SSMB 28 and excitement is increasing as Mahesh Babu and Trivikram earlier scored hits like Athadu and Khaleja.

The film is a revenge-based drama and Trivikram feels a Bollywood hero will elevate the film to another level and so they are considering roping in John Abraham. John Abraham recently wowed all with his physique and power-packed performance in Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan.

The makers are set to contact John Abraham and it has to be seen whether John Abraham will give a green signal or not. The film features Pooja Hegde and Sree Leela as the female leads while Jagapathi Babu is playing a powerful role. The music for the film is scored by Theman.

The film's first look, glimpse and title will be released on 31 May to celebrate Mahesh Babu's father Super Star Krishna's birth anniversary. The film is set for release on 13 January 2024.
