Aishwarya Rai daughter Aaradhya approaches High Court

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's daughter Aaradhya approached Delhi High Court and this became a topic of discussion. People started wondering why did Aradhya sought the court's intervention. 

Aaradhya approached High Court seeking an injunction order against few youtube channels like  Bollywood Time and Bollywood Chingari to delist and de activate all the videos pertaining to her as it is an intrusion into her privacy. These channels have been spreading fake news about Aaradhya's health.

Law firm Anand and Naik filed the petition on behalf of Aaradhya Bachchan and it stated "The defendants' sole motivation is to unlawfully profit from the reputation of the Bachchan family unlawfully, irrespective of the damage-causing to the plaintiffs and their family members", as per the report. It has also made Google LLC and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Grievance Cell) as parties in the case.

Abhishek Bachchan, in many interviews, said "I'm fair game, I am a public figure, that's fine. My daughter is out of bounds to you",  He even dared those spreading rumours to say the same in front of him.
