Shraddha Das on being a good actor

Shraddha Das is not only known for her glamor roles but also for her powerful performances. She is getting ready to entertain movie lovers with her upcoming entertainer Parijatha Parvam directed by Santosh Kambhampati. The first look showed  a woman with a mask, tied to a chair. In the female centric comic thriller, Shraddha is playing a multi dimensional role.

Shradda speaking to scribes shared "There’s a mystery surrounding the title, and like the name, the film is also unique. It's a fun-filled drama with loads of surprises. My character has different shades and will be very entertaining to watch. The gripping script and my character design excited me," says Shraddha. "There’s a past and present to the film, and I was laughing throughout when I heard the script, she recalls."

Shraddha turned singer in the film and speaking about the song, she said  "The last time I recorded a number was several years ago, for composer Devi Sri Prasad," She added "I have been singing on and off at programmes, so the filmmakers suggested I sing this number. I was excited, and recorded the peppy song in two hours,"

Speaking about her roles and journey in the film industry, she said "I am thankful for the opportunities I got and I am blessed to be working in multiple industries. I have had my share of struggles, but what I have realised is that a good actor doesn’t have a shelf life. You have to stay relevant and keep up with trends,’
