Chiyaan Vikram concentrates on Thangalaaan after the grand launch of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 2 trailer a couple of days back. It is known that Vikram is playing the important role of Adithya Karikaalan in the magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan.

According to the latest, Vikram landed in KGF to shoot for his upcoming film Thangalaan. Currently, the film's shooting is in full swing in KGF under the direction of PA. Ranjith. The film stars Malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Thiruvothu, and Pasupathy Masilamani in important roles while the music is scored by GV.Prakash Kumar. The film has an 1800 backdrop and is inspired by the real-life incidents that happened in KGF during the British era.
