Jailer: Rajinikanth insists on real locations

Rajinikanth's Jailer is the cynosure of all eyes. The film directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar is progressing at a brisk pace and the makers recently shot key scenes in Kochi. Malayalam star Mohan Lal is also taking part in the shoot which is in the final leg.

In the meantime, it is coming out that Rajinikanth is insisting on shooting the film in real locations for the natural intensity in the scenes. Inside talk is it was Rajinikanth who insisted on the director to shoot in Kochi though it required only a few days and could have been done away in the sets. Rajinikanth completed the shoot and the unit returned back to Chennai.

Rajinikanth insisted on shooting the scenes at Athiripili waterfalls instead of croma setup. The film's final schedule is planned for ten days and it will be starting next week in Chennai. The film stars Tamannaah as the female lead while Jackie Shroff  Shiva Rajkumar,Ramyakrishnan, Yogibabu and Sunil are playing key parts.
