Bollywood cunning acts to score blockbusters

Bollywood is currently bereft of any hits and the industry and the media is trying their best to throttle the industry to another level. Now Bollywood makers in their quest to score hits are showing their cunning ways to take movie lovers for a ride.

It is known that nowadays hit films in other languages are getting dubbed and released simultaneously in other languages or the film versions are available in various languages on OTTs. But few filmmakers are remaking hit films even if the dubbed versions are available on OTTs in other languages. Currently Janhvi Kapoor is starring in a film titled Mili. The film is racing for a grand release. The film is a remake of the super hit Malayalee film Helen. Now Bollywood makers of Mili are ensuring that when the film releases in theatres Helen will not be available on OTTs as they feel that if it is not done, people will compare Mili with Helen.

This is not the first time, Bollywood is indulging in such cunning acts. even earlier when Yaariyan 2 was released, they ensured that the Malayalee film Bangalore Days will not be available on OTT. The film is a remake of the Malayalee film Bangalore Days. People are laughing at Bollywood's cunning acts.
