High Court relief for Mohan Babu and his sons

Collection King Mohan Babu and his sons Manchu Vishnu and Manchu Manoj are known for their aggressive nature. They landed in many controversies and according to the latest, Mohan Babu and his sons got a huge relief from the High Court. It is known that a case has been filed against Mohan Babu and his sons Vishnu and Manoj for the alleged election code violation.

Chandragiri police booked cases against Mohan Babu, Vishnu, Manoj, Administrative Officer Tulasi Naidu, and PRO Satish under various sections for an election code violation and not taking permission to organize a protest after Mohan Babu and his sons sat on a dharna on Tirupati-Madanapalle national highway for not clearing pending fee reimbursement amount to Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Institutions on March 22, 2019.

Mohan Babu along with his sons appeared in front of the  Tirupathi court on June 28 and the hearing was postponed to September 30. But ahead of it, Mohan Babu approached High Court requesting the quashing of the case against him. The High Court issued notices to the defendants and passed interim stay over the proceedings for eight weeks.
