NCB's serious charges against Rhea Chakravorty

Young and talented Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide came as a shocker to everyone. It created ripples across the country and many accused Bollywood top stars and the mafia of forcing Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide in a tragic manner. Following this, many North movie lovers started boycotting celebrities and star kids' films.

In the midst of all this, Rhea Chakravorty, ex-girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput now landed in serious trouble. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today framed serious charges against her. NCB charges revealed that “Rhea Chakroborty received many deliveries of ganja from accused Samuel Miranda, Showik, Dipesh Sawant and others and handed over those deliveries to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput”.

NCB's draft changes include that  Rhea’s brother Showik was in regular touch with drug peddlers and had received many deliveries from co-accused. NCB charged that all the accused entered into a criminal conspiracy between March 2020 and December that year with each other or in groups to procure, purchase, sell and distribute drugs in “high society and Bollywood”.

NCB charged tha accused under sections 27 and 27A (financing illicit traffic and harbouring offenders) 28 (punishment for attempts to commit offences), 29 (whoever abets, or is a party to a criminal conspiracy) as per the NDPS Act.
