Genres unexplored by Rajamouli

Rajamouli is riding high on the sensations of RRR and Baahubali which got him international acclaim. He is the only director in the country who did not taste a single flop till now. However many get a feeling that Rajamouli hasn't explored many genres. Most of the time, he concentrated on mass action entertainers. While Student No 1 is a youthful action entertainer, Sye is a sports-based youthful entertainer having a college backdrop.

Simhadri, Vikramarkudu, and Chatrapathi are out-and-out mass action entertainers. In Vikramarkudu he showed Raviteja as the police officer to elevate the heroics of the cops. Magadheera is a romantic action entertainer based on rebirths while Eega is a completely different genre entertainer featuring a fly in the lead. Maryada Ramanna is a comedy flick. Baahubali series is folklore and RRR is a fictitious patriotic entertainer.

Rajamouli is yet to touch upon biopics, female-oriented films, historical entertainers, suspense thrillers, horror films, and many more. The question is will Rajamouli ever touch those genres to spring a surprise on all or concentrate on what is best known for him.
