Analysis: Employees Vs Free Scheme Beneficiaries

This article is not about the people who really stand below the poverty line, orphans and discarded old age people. They, in fact, really need some financial assistance from the governments. This article, however, is about the comparison between the government Employees and the lazy people who completely depend on the government schemes for their livelihood.

* Government Employees work hard for 20 years to get the job amid huge competition. Free scheme users need not strive hard to that extent.

* Employees are regular tax payers. Having paid the taxes sincerely, they have proved they are good citizens of India. Free money scheme beneficiaries don't pay even single rupee towards Income Tax.

* Employees should work from morning to evening to win their bread but free scheme users needn't work to that extent.

* An employee should take home loan 20 lakh or 30 lakh to own a house. Also, he should pay EMIs upto 70 years of age. Free scheme beneficiaries get free houses from the government.

* An employee should spend lakhs for his children's education. Free scheme users can avail fee reimbursement facility.

* Government Employees are ineligible for the free money schemes like Amma Vodi, Aasara, Raithu Bharosa and many other free money schemes unlike free scheme beneficiaries.

BOTTOM-LINE: Considering all these factors, government Employees have all the rights to demand affordable salaries for their cadres. A free scheme beneficiary has no right to cry nor to blame the government Employees for their protest on justifiable salaries.
