It is a known news that a human being named Jagan Reddy from AP is taking innumerable silly decisions that are extremely harming major sections of people. One among such foolish decisions is to decrease film ticket rates drastically. Eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma has taken a dig at Jagan Reddy's decision. He questioned, "Who is the government to interfere in the dealings of the manufacturer and the consumer?" Rgv took part in TV9's debate with Rajinikanth on Monday. He triggered the following points/questions to the government.
* Why should the government interfere between the manufacturer and the consumer? (the film producer and the audience). If a manufacturer wants to sell his blazer for Rs.500, that's the consumer's choice whether to purchase it or not.
* Once upon a time, the Telugu film market was confined to Rs.75 crore. At that moment, Rajamouli took Telugu cinema to the next level with Baahubali exploring the new horizons for Telugu films. Due to Rajamouli's pathfinding decision, Telugu film's market has expanded predominantly. Who are you (government) to restrict the creativity of the directors like Rajamouli?
* Why four shows a day instead of five shows for new films? Are there any restrictions at midnight? If so, disclose them.
TAIL PIECE: In the midst of the programme, suddenly a person named Perni Nani entered on phone call and made some hilarious and absurd arguments hinting that he doesn't have proper IQ, in general.
