What happened to Balakrishna's hand?

Natasimha Balakrishna today attended the press conference and along with Nandamuri family members condemned the character assassination of Bhuvaneswari, wife of Chandra Babu Naidu by the YSRCP leaders. While Balakrishna's fans are happy and praising Balakrishna for his fierce speech and strong words and his warning that neither he nor his family or his fans will tolerate such attacks, they are worried seeing Balakrishna's hand strapped with a bandage. He was seen wearing a hand-sling pouch.

It is known that Balakrishna recently underwent shoulder surgery and it seems doctors advised him to rest. Balakrishna continued shooting for Akhanda despite pain using pain killers and finally on the advice of the doctors, he underwent surgery on his right shoulder at Care Hospital.

Balakrishna's Akhanda is slated for a grand release on December 2nd and expectations are high on the project as Balakrishna and Boyapati are coming together for the thrid time after scoring hits in form of Legend and Simhaa.
