Mumbai Cruise drug case: Aryan Khan gets bail

Finally, fans of Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan and all celebrities who supported his son Aryan Khan got good news. The Bombay High Court today granted bail to Aryan Khan along with Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant in the high-profile Mumbai Cruise drug case. However, Aryan Khan will be in jail for today as the Bombay High Court said that it will give the detailed order only tomorrow and until the detailed court order is out, police cannot release Aryan Khan.

While NCB on its behalf argued that Aryan Khan if released on bail will along with Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani will tamper the evidence and influence the witnesses, Aryan Khan's advocate argued that possession of mere 6 mg doesn't prove that he was the conspirator. Aryan Khan is denied bail earlier on two occasions.

NCB contented that conspiracy is difficult to prove while Aryan Khan's lawyer demanded evidence of conspiracy.
