Sai Dharam Tej's Republic directed by Deva Katta is releasing on October 1st in a grand manner. Ahead of its release Deva Katta revealed Republic secrets and also about his future projects.
Deva Katta revealed that he readied a script based on the lives of Chandra Babu Naidu and YS. Rajasekhar Reddy. He said the story narrates from their college days till YSR's death and he is planning to film it in three parts on the lines of Godfather. He said he is planning to name the film Indraprastha.
He said he met Sai Dharam Tej in hospital and both decided to proceed ahead with the release date. He said for Ramya Krishna's role he first considered actors like Bharati Raja and Mahendran but later turned the character into a female one for novelty. He said Aishwarya Rajesh will be seen as an NRI girl.
Deva Katta said he narrated the Republic story to Sai Dharam Tej in a gym and he got connected to it as a common man. He said Sai Dharam Tej had taken a promise from him that he should do the film only with him after completing the story.
