The ongoing developments indicate the Ysrcp government is taking a U turn on 3-capitals decision.
Aiming at the decentralization of administration, the AP government promulgated, hitherto, that it would establish three capitals for AP instead of single capital Amaravati. Vizag was supposed to be an executive capital, Amaravati the legislative capital and Kurnool was thought to be the judicial capital.
Although YCP has completed half of its tenure, there is no development on shifting of the capitals. Instead, the latest developments affirm that the capital would no longer be shifted and the YCP had taken a U turn against the three capitals.
Reportedly, the AP government permitted an additional building for the AP high court at Amaravati. Why such a disgusting decision when the government wanted to shift the judicial capital to Kurnool?
On the other side, the cases filed by the Amaravati landlords in the HC are turning in favour of them. The HC ruled out the insiders trading in Amaravati area which is a shocker not only to the government but for all.
The hearings on the capital issues will again be kickstarted from 23rd of this month.
Vexed by the casteists' aggressive strategies with the help of a 'System', the YCP government appeared to have taken a u turn on 3 capitals decision.
