Not Naarappa, Akhanda Should Release on OTT

Not only Victory Venkatesh's fans but also many movie lovers are cursing Suresh Babu for selling off two upcoming films such as Naarappa and Drushyam 2 starred by senior star Victory Venkatesh. Naarappa's Amazon Prime release date has been announced as July 20 and the theatrical trailer was also unveiled by the film's team. 

Currently, Venkatesh is at cloud nine with the quadruple blockbuster result of F2 and success verdict of Venkymama. Naarappa and Drushyam 2 have also been expected to be successful ventures if they would be released in theatres. Since they are given for the OTT, there's no big sensation even if those films score super hits on the OTT platform. 

On the contrary, movie lovers are suggesting the makers of Akhanda to release the film directly on the OTT. Of late, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna's films are collecting less than Rs.10 crore share in their full run. 

Despite the recent debacles of Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu, Akhanda is learnt to have been sold out to exorbitant prices due to the combination craze. As is known, the duo delivered two blockbusters such as Simha and Legend. 

Since Akhanda is likely to face a very serious competition from the crazy projects like Acharya and Pushpa, the well wishers of Balayya and Boyapati are advising Akhanda makers to release film directly through an OTT platform to ensure the movie would mint break even collections, in the least case. 

It remains to be seen whether Akhanda film team oblige their well wishers words or not.
