Legal Action Against Balakrishna for Insulting Bharat Ratna?

Bharat Ratna is the highest civilian award of Republic India which is conferred in recognition of exceptional service/performance of higher order. 

It's known thing that some TDP leaders and workers demand for Bharat Ratna award for late NTR on every birth and death anniversary of his. Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna also used to put the same demand for several occasions. 

But then, don't know why, Balakrishna humiliated the award extremely. Balakrishna attended a TV channel's interview on Thursday. Replying to the interviewer's question, Balakrishna made derogatory remarks against the most prestigious award. 

"Bharat Ratna NTR kaligoru tho samanam (Bharat Ratna equals to NTR's toenail)." 

Since Balakrishna's filthy words disrespect the highly esteemed award, it's speculated by the observers even legal action maybe initiated against Balakrishna. Balakrishna should tender his apologies immediately for his foul mouth against Bharat Ratna award.
