Adivi Sesh’s ‘Major’ release postponed!

Owing to the second wave, the film industry is once again shut. Many big films scheduled for April and May release have been postponed indefinitely. One of the keenly anticipated films for the later Summer is hero Adivi Sesh’s ‘Major.’

The film was supposed to hit the worldwide box office on July 2nd. But it will be not happening now. Announcing the same, the team of Major in a statement said, “We are living in unprecedented times and we hope you are following all the safety protocols and staying safe. We would like to announce that Major, which was originally scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 2nd July, is now postponed to a later date. We will announce the new release date once the things are back to normal.”

Tweeting the same Sesh wrote, “#ReleaseDay of #MajorTheFilm will be my PROUDEST moment. So Let's celebrate when times get better. Safer. Maamulga undadhu. I Promise #JaiHind.”

‘Goodachari’ director Sashi Kiran Tikka is directing ‘Major’ while Saiee Manjrekar and Sobhita Dhulipala are the female leads.
