Akhil turning grandson

Ever since King Nagarjuna scored a hit with the family entertainer Soggade Chinni Narayana teaming with debutante Kalyan Krishna, rumours spread about the film's sequel or prequel. Years passed on but nothing materialised except for the increasing rumours. 

Nagarjuna went on to star in a couple of films and he recently entertained turning NIA agent in Wild Dog. In the meantime, rumours started spreading once again about Bangarraju. Sometime back reports came that Nagarjuna will romance Bollywood star heroine Sonakshi Sinha in the film and talks have been initiated and Sonakshi showed interest in the project.

Now reports are coming that Nagarjuna's son Akhil will be seen as Bangarraju's grandson in the film. Buzz is Akhil will be seen in a cameo in the climaxes and his role is of inconsequence to the story. Naga Chaitanya is playing the role of Nagarjuna's son in the film. After the end of the first half, the story will introduce Naga Chaitanya and show Ramyakrishna raising him as an innocent kid. It has to be seen how much truth is there in these rumours.
