Underworld don Chhota Rajan died due to Covid-19

The global pandemic has killed the most notorious gangster Chhota Rajan. According to latest reports Chhota Rajan died while getting treated for the virus at All India Institute of Medical Services (AIIMS) New Delhi.

On April 26th, Chhota Rajan was shifted to AIIMS from high security Tihar prison after he contracted the virus. While undergoing the treatment he breathed his last.

Rajendra Nikalje is the original name of Chhota Rajan and he has been accused in 70 cases in Maharashtra with connection to extortion and murder. In 2015 he was caught in Indonesia and was brought to India.

In his first reaction, director Ram Gopal Varma who made most of his films on Mumbai underworld in the late 1990s, tweeted, “COVID killed CHOTA RAJAN and it dint even care that he is no.2 man of D COMPANY ..I wonder why he dint shoot it ? Seriously speaking I wonder how DAWOOD IBRAHIM is feeling.”
