Vaccination Works out! Statistical Proofs Here

India's fight against the gruesome COVID-19 pandemic through Vaccination is working incredibly well. 

Many hearsays about the working condition of the two permitted vaccines Covaxin and Covishield were heard until a few days ago. But then, the statistical data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and NITI Ayog cleared all the doubts of people about Vaccination. 

The statistical study of the ICMR divulged the fact that the breakthrough infection rate of Covaxin stands at just 0.04% while it lies at 0.03% among the people who had taken Covishield. 

As of now, a total of 93.56 lakh Covaxin 1st doses were given to the people and there were just 4208 people who were infected with COVID after taking the vaccine. And the number stands at 695 for 17.37 lakh 2nd doses ensuring the infection rate confined to 0.04%.

The first dose of Covishield, as of now, has been given to 10.03 crore people of which 17,145 (0.02% infection rate) people were contracted with the epidemic. And just 5014 people were infected after being taken the 2nd dose among a total of 1.57 crore. Altogether, the breakthrough infection rate for Covishield stands at 0.03%.
