Actress Shraddha Das is based in Mumbai and the new Covid restrictions have took a toll on her. She adds that her mother had tested positive for coronavirus and this news left her terrified. The actress further says that last 20-days were a test foe her as she had to deal with anxeity follwing her mother's health.
She says that she lives in Andheri West, while her mother stays in Chembur and with the new restrictions, she couldn't step out. "I used to chek up on her every 15-minutes and if she nanswers the call I would get panic attack," says the actress. She adds that it was Buddhism that helped her go forward remaining calm.
Sharddha chants Nam myoho renge kyo, and she was introduced to Buddhism by Poonam Bajwa six years back. She says that it makers her remian composed, adding strength and peace. On the work front, she will be seen in Ek Mini Katha directed by Karthik Rapolu, where first-time she plays a sanyasini.
