Chiru, Holiday Could’t Help Wild Dog

Nagarjuna’s spy thriller Wild Dog is turning out to be another flop in the actor’s career. Despite getting mixed to good talk from critics and audiences, the film failed to make good business at box office owing to many reasons. Corona scare is one of the major reasons, while Nagarjuna’s flop streak and lack of emotional connect are the other causes of the film’s poor show.

Megastar Chiranjeevi besides tweeting positively about Wild Dog has also promoted the film by taking part in a press meet. Moreover, Monday was a holiday. But, nothing favored the film to see growth in collections.

On its fourth day, Wild Dog collected around 26 lakhs in Telugu states, taking the four days total to 2.68 crores. The film’s theatrical rights valued at around 8 crores. So, it is tough under the current circumstances to recover the investment.

Moreover, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s most awaited film Vakeel Saab will be hitting the screens this week and Venu Sriram will grab most of the theatres of Wild Dog in 3 days.
