Coorg beauty Rashmika Mandanna has kickstarted her second Hindi project- Goodbye also starring Amitabh Bachchan. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film is bankrolled by Balaji Telefilms and Reliance Entertainments. Chalo beauty has already joined the sets while Big B will join the team from April 4.

Goodbye marks the third collaboration of Vikas Bahl and Ekta Kapoor as the duo has previously worked for Lootera and Udta Punjab. Speaking about the film, elated Ekta Kapoor says, “Goodbye is an extremely special subject which has emotion and entertainment in equal measure. It’s a story that every family will identify with. I am ecstatic to be working with Mr. Bachchan and thrilled to present Rashmika Mandanna in this beautiful film!”

Rashmika sharing shot of pooja ceremony wrote, "I love it when it's all about performing...and this is one such project. Thrilled to be a part of this amazing journey..#Goodbye!."

Rashmika is on a roll as she has many big-budget films in her kitty. She is marking her Bollywood debut with Mission Majnu, which has Sidharth Malhotra. The film is based on real incidents. The Mission Majnu team has earlier said that Rashmika’s has become a popular face on the sets so much that she is being called by her character name which is rare for an actor. 

Apart from Bollywood projects, Rashmika recently starred in Hindi music video Top Tucker opposite Baadshah. She then has Pupsha, and also marked her Kollywood debut with Karthi’s Sulthan. So literally, Rashmika is on a roll.
