Sai Pallavi Is The Hero, Not Rana!

Rana Daggubati’s latest outing Aranya is turning out to be a biggest debacle as the film made on lavish budget has failed to recover even theatre expenses. Though the makers deleted 40 minutes of the film, nothing is helping the film that received unanimous negative talk. Now, there has been talk about whether there will be any impact of this flop on Virata Parvam.

Rana is failing to score hits as a solo hero. There is no much effect of the success of Baahubali on his films. Except for Nene Raju Nene Mantri, all his films released after Baahubali turned out to be flops to disasters.

Actually, Rana’s is not a full length role in Virata Parvam as Sai Pallavi played the lead role. Sai Pallavi has more screen space and the story is narrated completely from her point of view. In fact, she is given more importance than Rana in promotional content as well. Rana himself wanted Sai Pallavi’s name to come first in title credits.

Coming to business equations, Sai Pallavi has good following among all section of audience and she can alone pull the audience to theatres. However, the film’s fate depends on what kind of talk it receives post theatrical release.

Directed by Venu Udugula, Virata Parvam will be hitting the screens on April 30th.
