Complaint On Ardha Shatabdham Producer

In a rather surprising turn of events, Ardha Shatabdham co-producer has filed a complaint on another producer Chitti Kiran Ramoju for duping him by changing the film banner name and selling the movie to OTT platform Aha without intimating him. The complaint was filed by M Illaiah at Banjara Hills on Chitti Kiran over the alleged fraud.

Going into the details, M Illaiah has accused that Chitti Kiran has changed the banner name from South Silver Screen Studios LLP to Rishitha Sree Creations for their film Ardha Shatabdham which was produced by both of them. The shooting of the film began from 2019 to 2020.  Since it was pandemic time, only few scenes were remaining to be filmed and M Illaiah left for his hometown.

He alleged that all this happened during his visit to hometown. He added that Chitti Kiran also changed the joined account and opened a new account. Upon questioning Chitti Kiran, he said that he would return his invested money but he has been delaying this from months. Now since the movie is ready for OTT release, Chitti Kiran refused to give him back Illaiah’s money and refused to pay heeds.

Banjara Hills police have filed the case and are investigating into the matter.
