Ashishor Solomon is elated as his first Telugu directorial Wild Dog is set for release and Maharshi for which he worked as one of the writers won a National Award. Coming to Wild Dog, the film starring Nagarjuna is all set for release on April 2nd. Meanwhile, Solomon revealed how tough it was making this film.

Revealing about the story inspiration, Solomon says “Series of bomb blasts happened in 2007 at Gokul Chat and Lumbini Park. From then until 2015, there were many bomb blasts occurred in several parts of our country. The Central Government had handed over the case to the NIA. It’s an undercover operation.

The details of the officers who are part of the undercover operations are kept confidential. Whether the operations are successful or not, their true identity will not be disclosed to public. That’s why they are called unsung heroes.”

The director informs that he has journalist friends from whom he gathered lots of information about NIA agents, bomb blasts etc. “An intense research was undergone to write the story of Wild Dog.”

The film’s trailer received good response and action lovers are waiting eagerly to watch the film in theatres.
