Since there's a sudden spike in COVID positive cases, the governments of Telugu states tightened the lockdown rules. The suspicions have become prevalent whether there would be shut down of single screens and multiplexes.

In the meanwhile, Power Star Pawan Kalyan's comeback film Vakeel Saab's released date has been locked to April 9. This is the first film of a big hero after the film theatres were reopened.

Mega fans, naturally, were dubious about the release of Vakeel Saab as they were skeptical about the smooth run of theatres in this pandemic situation.

Telangana cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, however, clarified that the government would no way to let film theatres closed and they would run ensuring all the COVID precautionary measures taken.

As such, Vakeel Saab's scheduled release date wouldn't be disturbed and the film would head for a grand world wide release on April 9 without any sort of hiccups.
