Is Nag Scared?

King Nagarjuna’s one the ambitious project is the sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana titled Bangarraju. Manmadhudu star impressed the audiences in Soggade Chinni Nayana with his ‘pancha kattu’. In fact, the actor had also said that he used his late actor father ANR’s ‘dhoti’ in the film.

Soggade Chinni Nayana went on to rake in Rs50 crore at the box-office. And with the smashing hit, Nagarjuna had decided to helm its sequel Bangarraju with Kalyan Krishna who helmed the original. The sequel was supposed to go on floors last year itself and should have hit the marquee too.

But the box-office tussle between Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu made Nagarjurna to take a backseat. Also owing to the personal things between Kalyan Krishna and Nagarjuna, the film got delayed. Now, Nagarjuna is again planning to revive this ambitious project. But even this year and coming year to seems to be not in favour of Nagarjuna.

Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu have already announced about their arrival on Sankranthi. On the other side, Rajamouli’s RRR if it gets postponed again from October may have Pongal release. And Nagarjuna could only strike gold for Bangarraju in Sankarnthi only. This has put Nagarjuna in a fix.
