Rana's Red Salute To All The Glorious Women

Rana and Sai Pallavi starrer periodic romantic action entertainer Virata Parvam is all set for a grand release worldwide on April 30th. Rana who  believes in equality wanted Sai Pallavi's name on the title cards ahead of his because she plays an important role in the film. Meanwhile, the team on the occasion of World Women's Day released a special video.

The video introduces all the leading ladies of the women and their characteristics. It's a wonderful gesture from the team on the special occassion. Going by the video, the film will give great importance to women. Sai Pallavi, Nandita Das, Priyamani, Zarina Wahab and Easwari Rao are seen in the video. "Red salute to all the glorious women," utters Rana.

Virata Parvam is directed by Venu Udugula, and produced by D Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri. The director has written the story from the events he witnessed from his childhood in Warangal. The film is set in during the Naxal movement which happened in Telangana in the 90s. Suresh Bobbili has scored music and Kolu Kolu song became a chartbuster.
