A1 Express Okay, All Other Films Sink

As many as 14 films hit the screens, including dubbing films of other languages yesterday. Out of them, only A1 Express received mixed response, wherein all the other films sink at box office. Sundeep Kishan starrer film has collected a worldwide share of Rs 80 lakhs. Although trade pundits predicted the film to rake around 1.5 to 1.8 cr on day one, it made only decent business.

Raj Tarun’s Power Play with director Vijay Kumar Konda collected a meager Rs 6 lakhs, despite good release. The film due to poor promotions and mixed to negative reviews from critics failed to register respectable numbers at box office. This is going to be biggest disaster for Raj Tarun.

Sagar’s Shaadi Mubarak, despite the backing of Dil Raju makes beloe par business. The film on its opening day collected a share of just 4 lakhs.

Another small time film Play Back that made decent noise because of attention-grabbing trailer too botched to make any impact. He film collected around 3 lakhs share on first day.
