Chiranjeevi’s Plan B For Vaishnav Tej!

First film is very crucial for any actor. While some prefer to pick good scripts, few others don’t mind about anything when they get offers opposite star heroes and fortunately few became overnight stars with their first film becoming a blockbuster. While the unexpected blockbuster is a boon for few, it is a bane for few others. Surely, there will be good to high expectations on their next ventures.

Coming to actual point, there are hue expectations on second film of Vaishnav Tej who made dream debut with Uppena. The actor is presently waiting for the release of his second film that is directed by Krish with Rakul Preet Singh playing the leading lady. The film’s shoot was wrapped up long ago and post-production works too are coming to an end. However, the makers are looking for right time for film’s release.

Krish and team made the film on moderate budget and they even thought of releasing it directly on OTT platform. However, the humongous success of Uppena brought them tensions. They know there will be sky high expectations on this untitled film.

In fact, both megastar Chiranjeevi and Vaishnav Tej had their doubts over how people will receive the shocking climax of Uppena and they were aware that the film’s result would depend on reaction for the last portions. Thankfully, things worked in favor of the film which is turning out to be biggest blockbuster for a debut hero across the country.

The reason for Vaishnav Tej accepting to do Krish project immediately was it’s actually Chiranjeevi’s plan B for his nephew. If Uppena gets mixed to negative reviews, then Chiru wanted Vaishnav Tej’s second film to release in a short gap as he felt the simple content will lure family sections.

Now, the makers of Vaishnav Tej’s second film are said to be planning to re-shoot few scenes and also have decided to spend lavish budget on post-production works. In fact, they are getting huge deals for theatrical and other rights. In order to reach the expectations, the makers are taking extra care on all the works related to the film.
