Sanjay Dutt Wife Returns His Gift

Actor Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata is making news after she returned the gift given by her husband of worth over Rs 100 crores. Reportedly, KGF 2 actor had gifted Maanyata four flats in upscale locales in Mumbai, while two of the flats are on third and fourth floor and the other comes as penthouse on 11^th and 2th floor.

Apparently, as per a report that total cost of four flat comes to Rs 26.5 crore, however as per the market value of the brokers the actual cost surpasses over Rs 100 crores. As per legal experts, gifting family members doesn’t attract hefty stamp duty and is considered a common practice. But Maanayata returning the gift after a week seems to be dealing with tax restructuring.

The actor on the work front will be seen in pan-Indian film KGF2 as Adheera. Speaking about the dark character he essays, Sanjay says, “After a long time, I have been offered such a role. I was pumped. The character is strong, and it was an immediate yes from me.”

Sanjay has collaborated with Prashanth Neel first time. Asking about his collaboration, he says, “Prashanth is a very humble guy. This was my first time working with him, but I was so comfortable — it felt like I was always a part of this KGF universe. We exchanged a lot of anecdotes, and I now share a great rapport with him.”
