Acharya & Vakeel Saab on Mega Industry Hit Dates

Telugu audience will have a feast for upcoming summer from mega brothers. Tollywood's most happening films Acharya and Vakeel Saab are slated for release during summer season. 

According to reports, Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab will be hitting screens on April 9. Way back in 1992, Megastar Chiranjeevi's Gharana Mogudu was released on the same date and turned out to be an industry hit of Tollywood then. 

In the meanwhile, Acharya's release date has reportedly been locked to May 9. Megastar's Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari and Gang Leader were released on the same day in two consecutive years 1990 and 1991. 

All in all, it's understood that the makers of both the films banked on the industry hit sentiment of mega films. 

Acharya is being directed by Koratala Siva while Vakeel Saab is helmed by Venu Sriram.
