Do you think every month's salary of Employees is enough to get them to meet both the ends? No way! They depend on their earnings and savings to take up huge tasks. The AP Employees, however, are forced to indulge in unwanted sacrifice for the government welfare schemes of which most of them are useless. Checkout the following cases.

CASE 1: Ramarao is a senior clerk in one of the government's departments. His daughter recently got engaged to a suitable groom and her wedding ceremony is locked to the month of May. Meanwhile, Ramarao applied for his Provident Fund Part Final amount Rs.5 lakh, six months ago for his daughter's marriage expenses. Even after six months, he hasn't received the money that was actually saved by him paying everymonth's subscription. When he went to the PF office at ZP to get the reason for delay, the personnel there informed him that the government stopped paying the PF amounts to the Employees for the last six months. They opined the government shifted ZP funds to 'Free Money Schemes'. Ramarao was stunned by the delay, as he had never experienced more than two months delay to get his PF loans and part finals.

CASE 2: George Victor is a senior teacher who served for the past 30 years quite dedicated in his field. He wanted to construct a house of his own to ensure he would lead his retirement life peacefully. As such, he wanted to surrender 30 days from his earned leave account. By doing so, he can get Rs.1 lakh.  He applied for the money three months ago. As on today, Victor has not received his surrender leave money. The officials concerned informed him that the funds might have shifted to Jagan's 'Free Money Schemes'. Never ever in history, such a huge delay occurred to clear the dues of Employees' surrender leaves.

CASE 3: Recently, some leaders of NGO unions met the CM to remind him of the pay hike through the 11th PRC. Reportedly, the CM made it clear that the government is not in a position to implement the PRC for the sake of free money distribution to various sections. He asked the union leaders to sacrifice pay hike for the sake of 'Free Money Schemes'. With no options left, Employees, were forced to sacrifice their pay hike at this moment.

BOTTOM-LINE: In 1989, NTR led TDP was defeated by the Employees. The same fate was received by Chandrababu Naidu in 2004 by the Employees. What about the YSRCP in 2024?
