Mahesh-Rajamouli Film Update

Superstar Mahesh Babu joined hands with Geetha Govindam director Parasuram Petla for the first time. Titled Sarkaru Vaari Paata, the film was announced long back. Much hype surrounded around the film ever since its announcement, but the film’s shoot is getting delayed than expected.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata was supposed to go on floors last December, but duo to pandemic and the scare surrounding it, it got postponed. Having said that, Parasuram is known for his brisk pace and the team has reiterated that August will be the release date.

Rajamouli-Mahesh Film Update

Currently Rajamouli is working on pan-Indian film RRR. Buzz had it for last few days that the film which was supposed to hit the screens on Sankranthi is now schedule for Dussera 2021. Some also say that it may get scheduled for release on Sankranthi in 2022 as Baahubali filmmaker takes long time to wrap up film.

So Rajamouli and Mahesh will collaborate only in 2021. The basic plot has been readied. Narayana is bankrolling the yet-to-be titled project under Durga Arts banner. Speaking about the release date, Rajamouli is eyeing to release Mahesh’s film in 2023. Will he be able to deliver it on time is to be seen.
