When Chiru Got Scared To Hit This Villain

Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming film, Acharya. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film also stars Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. The reel villain has now made sensational comments about his Acharya co-star Chiranjeevi.

Sonu Sood said that given the new-found image he attained post his philanthropic work during lockdown, filmmakers and heroes are seeing him with new image. He says that Acharya film involves a fight scene where Chiranjeevi has to hit him. However, he holds reservations and thinks that if he does that people will start cursing him.

Sonu said, “We were doing an action sequence and Chiranjeevi sir said, ‘You being in the film is a big problem for us because I can’t hit you in the action scene’. He said if he does that people will curse him”.

He recalls that there was another scene in which Chiranjeevi had to place his feet on him, which was also modified. Speaking about his new image, he said, “I am getting all hero roles now. I have got four-five brilliant scripts. Let’s hope. It’s new beginnings. It is a new pitch and it will be nice and fun”.
