Drugs Case: ‘Bujjigadu’ Actress Gets Bail

Sandalwood actress Sanjjanaa Galrani has been granted bail by the Karnataka High Court who was arrested in connection to the charges of peddling drugs. She was given bail citing medical grounds,  who has spent three months in jail.

The actress was lodged at Parappana Agrahara Central Prison. She was given bail on the condition of execution of bond of Rs 3,00,000 with two sureties. Reports on her health condition were sought from Vanivilas Hospital in Bengaluru which made the Court to grant her bail after the reports pointed out that she required medical emergency.

Sanjjanna's house at Indiranagar was raided by the Central Crime Branch officers. She was arrested on September 8 and was sent to judicial custody on September 16. The Court has ordered Sanjjanaa to cooperate with police in the investigation and also appear before the cops once every month.
