Mukesh Ambani Becomes Proud Grandfather

Good news arrived at Ambanis house as Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani became proud grandparents for the first time. Their 29-year-old son Akash Ambani and wife Shloka Ambani have welcomed a baby boy today, December 10. 

A spokesperson of Ambani released a statement which reads,  "Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to become grandparents for the first time, as they welcomed the great grandson of Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani. Shloka and Akash Ambani became proud parents of a baby boy today in Mumbai. Both mother and son are doing well. The new arrival has brought immense joy to the Mehta and Ambani families"

Akash married Shloka last year in 2019, who is the daughter of diamantaire Arun Russell Mehta, MD of Rosy Blue. The couple have known each other for a long time. They did schooling together at Dhirubhai Ambani school. Since then they have known each other. It was in 2018 that Akash proposed Shloka in Goa. The rest is history as the high-profile wedding witnessed international personalities attending their wedding.
