This Is the Reason for Eluru Mysterious Disease!

As many as 465 persons have been infected with a mysterious disease for the past couple of days and were hospitalized in the city of Eluru. The major symptoms of this illness are epilepsic fits, loss of memory, headache and vomiting. Though more than half of the patients were recovered and were discharged from the hospitals, still hundreds are getting treated in various hospitals while the number shoots up with each passing day which turns the cause of worry among the people and the government. 

Water and milk samples were sent to the Centre for Cellular Molecular Biology (CCMB) of Hyderabad while blood, serum and other samples were sent to various other labs across India to recognize the cause of the disease. 

In the meanwhile, the BJP MP GVL Narasimharao inquired the doctors at the AIIMS, Delhi for the cause of the spread of the disease. The AIIMS officials have come up with a preliminary analysis that the organochlorine pesticides rich with Lead and Nickel might have acted as disease-triggering agents and informed the same to the BJP MP. 

Most of the victims are from the 20-30 year age group while more than 40 children were hospitalized though. The teams from various labs are arriving in Eluru to learn the exact cause of the disease and to find out the ways to get it prevented.
