Vijay Deverakonda Calls Ananya 'Sweetheart'

Vijay Deverakonda is making his Bollywood debut with Fighter. The 'Rowdy' has teamed up with Bollywood actress Ananya Panday for the first time. Interestingly, this is Ananya’s South debut. The Arjun Reddy star has now opened up about her co-star calling her “one sweetheart” and is all praise for her acting.

Vijay said that Ananya has done an incredibly good job, adding that it would be fun for the Telugu and South people to watch her here. Directed by Puri Jagan, the film has wrapped up a 50% schedule. The pan-Indian project is much talked about after Karan Johar is backing the project.

Speaking about her character, Ananya had said, "My character is quite like the real me. I think young girls will be able to relate to her cute, funny and charming personality. I am working on my Telugu too, learning a few words every day on the set. I will try to dub for myself in as many languages as possible."
