Sequel For Super Hit, Exciting Update On Birthday

Dhee is a very special film for hero Vishnu Manchu, director Sreenu Vaitla and heroine Genelia. The film was released on 13th April 2007, after few postponements owing to financial reasons. Thankfully, it ended up as a smashing hit. Now, it seems, sequel for the film is coming. An official announcement on the same is expected on Vishnu’s birthday, i.e. on November 23rd.

“‘Dhee’ one of the fav film for thousands of movie lovers. This film was a game changer for the entire cast and crew. It gave wave to a whole new slate of movies at that time. What could be better than ‘Dhee’ ?” tweeted Vishnu.

Although Vishnu didn’t disclose details of the project, this statement indicates that the new film in Vishnu Manchu and Sreenu Vaitla’s combination will be a hilarious entertainer like Dhee. If it is a sequel, then it will be interesting to see who will replace Srihari’s role which was essential in Dhee becoming such big hit.
