Mega brothers Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan are showing special interest in doing remakes than the original films in their comeback. While Chiru who made his comeback with Khaidi No 150 has lined up two remakes- Vedalam and Lucifer, Pawan Kalyan is returning to industry with Pink remake titled in Telugu as Vakeel Saab.

After completing Vakeel Saab, Pawan Kalyan will do Telugu remake of Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum with director Sagar K Chandra under Sithara Entertainments banner. Speculations are rife with the reports that, Pawan Kalyan has asked his director to change the story in a way that the second character will appear as a villain, thus making it as a pucca commercial potboiler.

On the other hand, Chiranjeevi is completely contradictory to his younger brother. He doesn’t want to disturb the main plotline of Lucifer remake, but add some mass elements. In fact, VV Vinayak is thrown out of the project, as the director is said to have included comedy scenes like in Khaidi No 150 which will spoil the soul of the film. Remakes specialist Harish Shankar is being considered to direct the flick.

It has to be seen who among the mega brothers prove wrong. There’s also chance that, both prove right!
