It has been since a long time ago, Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth affirmed his political entry. However, he hasn't floated his political party yet. It's said that the coronavirus pandemic struck a huge blow to the Superstar though he hasn't been infected with the dreaded virus.
Hitherto, Rajini contemplated making his political entry in the month of October. Now that the pandemic hasn't been contained, inevitably, Rajini has to defer his political entry.
On the other hand, Rajini needs to complete his ongoing assignment Annattai under Shiva's direction. Since Tamil Nadu state's general elections are scheduled in the month of May, 2021, there's no adequate time for Rajini to take his party to the ground level and he may hardly find enough time to campaign for the poll battle.
All in all, Rajini's political aspirations of becoming the chief minister of Tamil Nadu state in 2021 are unlikely to be fulfilled. Let's see whether these assumptions are proved right or not.
