Naga Chaitanya And Akhil Chose Different Paths

Hero Naga Chaitanya made his film debut in 2009 with a flop film Josh. He scored his first hit with his second film Ye Maaya Chesave. After tasting bitter results with mass entertainers, Chay is now mostly doing class and family entertainers. In his 11 years of career, Naga Chaitanya acted in 18 films and Love Story with Sekhar Kammula is his 19th film.

Naga Chaitanya will next team up with Vikram Kumar for Thank You. He has also signed a film with Parasuram which will go on floors after the director wrapping up his next movie Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Mahesh Babu. Chay is also in talks for a film with Venky Atluri who earlier directed Akhil in Mr Majnu and is presently directing Nithiin in Rang De.

While Naga Chaitaya is doing films at jet speed and is lining up multiple projects, his brother Akhil, on the other hand, is very slow in completing his films and is also not hurry in signing new films.

Akhil who made his debut as hero with Akhil that released in 2015 had done only three films in five years. Most Eligible Bachelor with Bommarillu Bhaskar is his fourth film and Akhil signed to do a film with Surender Reddy.

Most Eligible Bachelor shoot resumed recently and the film is aimed for Sankranthi release. Akhil is expected to start Surender Reddy’s film early in 2021. Like Akhil, Surender Reddy is also very slow in completing his film. Apparently, Akhil5 will take at least one year to complete all the production and post-production works. The film may release for sankranthi in 2022 or in summer, 2022.

Akhil should learn from his brother in selecting subjects wisely and also in wrapping up films in good pace.
