Charan Convinces Rajamouli, What NTR Waiting For?

It’s a well-known thing to those who are well aware of happenings in Tollywood that ace director SS Rajamouli won’t allow his actors to do other films, when they are working for his project. Heroes like Ram Charan, NTR and Prabhas spent years for films with Rajamouli. Since the director only delivers blockbusters to industry hits, no star or producer objects him.

Currently, Rajamouli is making most awaited flick RRR with Ram Charan and NTR in lead roles. The film has completed 75 to 80 % of shoot so far. But, even Rajamouli doesn’t know when will the film’s shoot resumes. It’s because the film has actors from other countries and more importantly government will not allow hundreds of crew working on a film.

Fortunately for Ram Charan, Rajamouli gave him the permission to shoot for his brief role in megastar Chiranjeevi’s film Acharya. Charan is expected to take part in the shoot from next schedule. As is known, Charan is one of the producers of Acharya.

On the other hand, NTR, however, is unable to decide whether sit idle till Rajamouli resumes shoot or start his next with Trivikram Srinivas in the gap. The film tentatively titled Ayinanu Poyi Ravale Hastinaku was supposed to go on sets later this year, had RRR completed all the works by October end, as planned earlier. But, due to corona and lockdown, the shooting got delayed.

Trivikram is also in dilemma whether he should wait for NTR to start his film after wrapping up RRR or he should do a film with Venkatesh which he committed to do long ago.

Charan could convince his director, then what is NTR waiting for?
