Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan expressed his anguish over the treatment of the ruling YSRCP on Hindu religion. In his 7-page lengthy write-up, the Janasena supreme has expressed his deep concern over the practice of pseudo secularism and strategic destruction of Hindu religion's properties. He demanded a retired judge investigation in Antharvedi's chariot burning case for transparency during the investigation. Following are the excerpts of Pawan Kalyan's letter against YSRCP over its ill-treatment on Hindu religion.
* Some days ago, the statues of the gods at Pithapuram were destroyed. But then, the ruling party claimed that an insane person had done the crime. I thought it happened just by coincidence. A similar incident occurred at Konda Bitragunta a few days later which had thrown suspicions on the ruling party. And now, Antharvedi's temple chariot was gutted leaving a sheer embarrassment among the people who practice Hindu religion. Why these series of destructive incidents are happening in YSRCP government? Any political factors involved in it?
* Ensuring transparency, the government should make an investigation done by a retired high court judge. I have no belief of the police investigation in the case.
* If any other religion's feelings are hurted why do the political parties express that anguish and why don't they respect the feelings of people who practice Hindu religion? Why that descrimination? Don't Hindus have feelings to get hurted? One may practice secularism. But then, politicians practice pseudo secularism.
* It's high time people agitated against the humiliation being done on Hindu temples and deities. The women should take up the responsibility to take the agitation to the next level. They should offer 'Mangala Haarathi' on every Tuesday and Friday as a sign of their concern over the ruling party's treatment on Hindu gods and temples.
