Senior actor Jayaprakash Reddy breathed his last on Tuesday, September 8 at his residence in Hyderabad. He slipped in his house bathroom owing to cardiac arrest and eventually lost his life. He was 73.
Jayaprakash Reddy who is fondly called JP made his film debut as an actor with Brahmaputrudu in 1988. He shot to great fame with Samarasimhareddy. He played villain in many faction films such as Jayam Manadera, Preminchukundam Raa, Narasimhanaidu, Vijayaramaraju, Chennakesava Reddy. Besides, he sported comedian roles in many films. He was last seen in Sarileru Neekevvaru released during Sankranthi season, 2020.
JP, who was born at Sirvel, Allagadda of Kurnool district on 10th of October, 1946, would work as a teacher before entering films. He used to play dramas and finally became the busiest actor in Tollywood.
JP is known for his typical Rayalaseema dialect with which he generated great entertainment in films.
Jayaprakash Reddy's demise is an irrecoverable loss to the film industry. Cinejosh is grieved with his sudden demise. May his soul rest in peace!
